Please reach us at info@taponwheelsfl.com, if you cannot find an answer to your question.
We have two main services: full service and rental.
Full-service is typically for weddings, corporate events, charities, or parties. Tap on Wheels will - pick up your kegs and provide bar service for your event.
Rental is typically for breweries, country clubs, or any event that already has a staff to serve guests. Basically, you just need the physical truck to act as your bar and you or the venue is able to take care of the rest. You can rent the truck for a period of time for that event.

This is a great question! A good rule of thumb is for every 100 guests (over 21) you will need:
- 1 full keg (if using only 1 tap), or
- 2 half kegs (if using 2 taps), or
- 4 quarter kegs (if using all 4 taps)
The truck is equipped with 4 taps so you can choose up to 4 varieties of beverages to dispense. That would give each guest an average of 3 beers for the evening.
We will be happy to help you determine the best amount of alcohol to purchase based on the quantity of people you expect to attend and the types of beverage you would like to serve to your guests. We are here to guide you every step of the way.
Tap On Wheels operates under a catering license so we cannot buy or sell alcoholic beverages. We can pick-up, deliver, and serve your event but we cannot purchase the alcohol on your behalf. You will be purchasing your alcoholic beverages (beer, wine, champagne, etc.) from one of our reputable distributors who essentially are our partners during this process. Both Tap on Wheels and our partnering distributor will work directly with you to help choose your favorite beverages. You will then be invoiced seperately by the distributor to pay for the alcoholic beverages. For your convenience, Tap on Wheels can pick-up your product for a full service bar experience (added fee applies).
Yes, anything that goes in a keg we can serve. We can also do non-alcoholic beverages such as spritzers, cold brew coffee, lemonade, and kombucha - really anything that will go into a keg can be dispensed if alcohol liability is the concern.
