Mobile Bar Service for All Occasions
Let us make your special occasion something you and your guests will remember forever. Tap on Wheel adds a unique flair to your event. We can customize and tailor our services specifically for you. We offer A Full Service Package and a Self Serve/ Truck Rental Package for all types of events:
Weddings, Engagement Parties, Bridal Showers, Bachelorette Parties, Baby Showers, Corporate Events, Conferences, Birthdays, Anniversary Parties, Holiday Parties, Block Parties, Festivals and much more!
You can choose from a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage options: craft beer, wine, champagne, ciders, coffee, kombucha, non-alcoholic beverages both carbonated & non-carbonated, mixers and juices. If there is a specific beverage you are interested in including in your bar setup please let us know, we would be happy to accommodate!
Full Service Package
Full-service is typically for weddings, corporate events, charities, or parties. This package includes:
- Delivery of Tap on Wheels truck to your event location
- Complete sanitizing and setup of bar
- Connecting of kegs to unit that customer has purchased directly from a recommended distributor (option for us to pick-up & drop-off your kegs available, fee applies).
- Testing the unit functions
- A designated server for the duration of the event
- Ice for initial setup and replenishment for the duration of the event, napkins and cups provided
- Complete tear down of bar setup and pick-up of Tap on Wheels Truck after completion of event.
Pricing starts at $750.00 for a 3 hour event, $250 per additional hour, a travel fee may apply based on location of event.
*all alcohol must be paid for seperately by the event host directly to any licensed distributor.
Self Serve/Truck Rental Package
Rental is typically for breweries, country clubs, or any event venue that already has properly trained & licensed staff on-site to serve guests. You can rent the truck for a designated period of time for that event. This package includes:
- Delivery of Tap on Wheels truck to your event location
- Complete sanitizing and setup of bar
- Connecting of kegs to unit that customer has purchased directly from a recommended distributor (option for us to pick-up & drop-off your kegs available, fee applies).
- Testing the unit functions
- Initial ice setup for the unit
- Complete tear down of bar setup and pick-up of Tap on Wheels Truck after completion of event.
Rental pricing starts at $200.00 an hour, a travel fee may apply based on location of event.
